  • Do you have insurance?

    Yes, we can provide fully comprehensive insurance

  • Do you employ agency or temporary staff?

    No, all our staff are fully employed and full time.


  • Are you members of the British Association of Removals (BAR)

    We are long-standing BAR members and adhere to BAR code of conduct.  For more information see https://bar.co.uk

  • Does the cost of our removal depend on the day of the week?

    The cost of a removal does not change Monday to Friday however, due to overtime rates, driving hours, regulations and the working time directives, the cost of a removal on Saturdays and Sundays are more expensive.


  • Do you provide packing materials?

    All packing materials are provided once you have accepted our quotation. Alternatively, packing materials are available to purchase from our office.


  • What can we not pack for our removal?

    Items not to be packed include: paints, gas cylinders and anything flammable, such as petrol and white spirit etc.


  • Can you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

    Yes we are able to. Details should be discussed during your survey.


  • Can I leave contents in drawers?

    Providing there is nothing spillable or breakable or inherently heavy (ie: books) contents can remain in the drawers.

  • Can you move outside pot plants?

    Providing you are moving within the UK, plants and pots can be moved.

  • Can you disconnect and reconnect any appliances?

    Due to our insurance, we are unable to complete any plumbing/electrical work.
